Krystal helped me learn how to trust myself and run numbers in the space of real estate investing. She took my hand and helped me build confidence in making an offer, what it meant to negotiate, and when the appropriate time during a transaction would be to negotiate.
She’s versatile and her perspective can be applicable to a number of different types of real estate investment opportunities that are out there. Without Krystal, I don’t think I would have been able to take off the training wheels; I was stuck in an analysis/paralysis state where I had a vague idea of what I was doing but wasn’t truly confident and had never made an offer on a property. To be able to have a veteran in that space; to be able to both be that coach/consultant while also being an agent was really great. She is a strong female who has experience in this and practices these principals and outlook in her own practice of becoming successful. I am thankful for her and I look forward to our relationship growing as I grow up in scale. I know there is a lot of opportunity in the future for further collaboration and exploration of other real estate investment spaces.
