She’s versatile and her perspective can be applicable to a number of different types of real estate investment opportunities that are out there. Without Krystal, I don’t think I would have been able to take off the training wheels; I was stuck in an analysis/paralysis state where I had a vague idea of what I was doing but wasn’t truly confident and had never made an offer on a property. To be able to have a veteran in that space; to be able to both be that coach/consultant while also being an agent was really great.
